4月20日に公式発表があった「青空ワールドツアー🎲」。
今回の舞台はニュージーランドです。

さて、NZは行きたかった場所、行けなかった場所。
わたしが添乗員になったのは21歳のとき、2009年の9月。
それから2年くらい経ってお仕事にも慣れて来てツアーがあれば行く機会もあったんでしょうけど・・。
その時期、NZに行くツアーは企画されませんでした。
とゆーのも、2010年9月4日にM7.0、2011年2月22日にM6.3と相次いで被害甚大な大地震がニュージーランドの南島カンペタリー地方で発生
（さらに2011年6月にもM6.3が発生しています）。
この地震でいちばん被害が出たのは55万人が住んでるクライストチャーチで、2月22日の地震では日本人28人も犠牲になり（ほとんど留学生だったそう）、日本も悲しみに暮れる中、この日からわずか17日後に日本であの未曽有の大災害である「東日本大震災」が発生します。
てんやわんや、誰もが旅行どこではなかった時期ですよね💦
旅行業界も不振が続き、翌年わたしは結婚して退職したので、もう永遠に行く機会はなくなりました。
そんな場所、クライストチャーチ。
有名だったのは1904年に建設された「クライストチャーチ大聖堂」。
これも相次ぐ大地震で崩れてしまい、2026年現在はその当時の大聖堂は存在していません。
復興の挑戦が行われているよーですけど、なんとかがんばって欲しいとこ💪。
